KASE Increased Its Trades Volume by 10,1%
OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2011. In four months of 2011 the trades volume on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in all market sectors made up KZT9,588.4 bn (USD65,636.1 m) and increased relative to the similar period of 2010 by 10.1 % (11.0 % in USD), reported the press-centre of KASE.
In comparison with the previous four month period (September-December of 2010) the trades volume decreased by 15.0 % (14.2 % in USD).
In four months of 2011 foreign currencies trades volume on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), including currency swap transactions, made up KZT5,528.7 bn (USD37,840.5 m) and increased against the same period of 2010 by 42.9 % (44.2 % in USD).
In comparison with the previous four month period (September-December 2010) trades volume decreased by 12.1 % (11.3 % in USD).
