OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2011. In 2011, all coal-recipients will be provided by household fuel by the celebration of "Miner's Day". Such a task made Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Yuriy Boyko. The First Deputy Minister Igor Popovych told about it during the selector talks with heads of coal producers.

According to the Ministry of Energy and coal industries, in fact, as of 5/1/2011, coal producers in accordance with Article 43 of the Mining Law of Ukraine it was exported 300.9 thousand tons of fuel (39% of annual requirements) and provided 79.5 thousand of coal-recipients (57,3% of annual demand). The schedule of providing with coal for four months of this year performed at 115.4%.

As for household fuel for workers of mines that are in the process of liquidation (Article 48 of the Mining Law of Ukraine), shipping began on April 26. In fact, as of 05/01/2011 (for 5 days), removed 4.8 tons of fuel for domestic purposes (2% of annual requirements) and provided 1,4 thousand of coal-recipients of enterprises that are liquidated.
