OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2011. Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited has announced that its Board of Directors decided at meeting today to nominate the persons below as candidates for Members of the Board and Kansayaku (Statutory Auditors) at the annual meetings of shareholders slated for June, 2011.

Candidate for new appointment as Member of the Board
