... from April 20, 2011 have been early terminated authorities of the Board of Directors member - Independent Director G. Shalgimbaeva based on her application.

Therefore, at the shareholders annual general meeting held on April 22, 2011 was elected the Bank Board of Directors new member - Independent Director Mr. Werner Claes.

At present the Bank Board of Directors consists of:

1. Bakhytbek Baiseitov;

2. Vladislav Lee;

3. Jumageldy Amankulov;

4. Suh, Ki Youl;

5. Yang, Choen Sik - Independent Director;

6. Werner Claes - Independent Director.

In addition, on April 22, 2011, the Bank Board of Directors made the decision to elect Mr. Harm Yeong Tak as the Management Board member, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Due to this the Bank Board of Directors has the following composition:

1. Vladislav Lee - Chairman of the Management Board;

2. Oh Ki Hong - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;

3. Makst Alzhanov - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
