OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2011. The Government will be more severely control the use of budgetary resources of central and local authorities, said the First vice Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development and Trade Andriy Klyuyev.

The President of Ukraine and the Prime Minister very dissatisfied with cases unjustified budget expenditures, which some officials allow themselves, he added.

Andriy Klyuyev said that instructed all ministers and heads of central authorities to submit to the Ministry of Finance the details of budget expenditures to purchase cars, furniture and other equipment, mobile phones and computers for 2010-2011. Also referred to the expenditures of hosting events and recreation management of the state bodies and institutions and organizations that are kept from the state budget, he added.

According to the First vice Prime Minister, Ministry of Finance and the State Treasury must within a week to systematize information and propose options for reducing costs and optimizing budget. They were also instructed to establish a monthly monitoring of such expenditures and report at the next Cabinet session, said Andriy Klyuyev.

He said that the State Financial Inspection shall prepare an analytical report on the key causes of violations of fiscal discipline and suggest possible mechanisms to minimize such risks.
