OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2011. Representatives of Ukrainian Antimonopoly Committee and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine visited the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The purpose of the visit was to discuss organisation of activities of the Working Group for analysis of practices of the CIS member-states in state procurement and sale of state property and natural resources at the Interstate Council on Antimonopoly Policy (ICAP). The Group was formed by a decision of the special 33rd ICAP Session (24-25 March 2011, Moscow).

Ukrainian delegation also learned about FAS Russia’s work in the field of state procurement through electronic sites.

As part of the visit, on 28th April 2011 Ukrainian delegation had a meeting at the Ministry of Finances of the Russian Federation with participation of a FAS representative, where the Russian side presented experience of the Russian Federation in budgetary planning and financing for state procurement, and keeping the Register of State Contracts and the National State Procurement Portal.
