OREANDA-NEWS. As of 16 May 2011, the duration of the issue and redemption transaction cycles of the units of investment funds managed by SEB Asset Management S.A will be the same, reported the press-centre of SEB Bank.

This means that in the event of unit issue, the reception of fund units to the securities account will take the same time as the reception of money to the current account at the redemption of units. The transaction cycle usually lasts until the second banking day in Luxembourg following the reception of transaction order*.

The basis for the price calculation of the performance of the transaction order will not change.
More thorough information about the transaction cycles, valuation days and transaction pricing principles of the publicly offered funds managed by SEB Asset Management S.A. can be found in the additional document of the prospectus for public offer 'Special Features of the Offer of Fund Units in Estonia'.

*This is a cycle T+2 where T is the day the transaction order is received.

Fund documents are available on the website of SEB Varahaldus at www.seb.ee/fondid.
