OREANDA-NEWS. May 11, 2011. Datong Coal Mine Group board member and Deputy General Manager Guo Hai and Chairman of Turkey's HEMA Mining Company Hattat signed a contract on the second phase construction of roadway of Amasra B project in Istanbul, reported the press-centre of Datong Coal Mine Group.

Hattat said the Datong Coal Mine Group is one of China's largest coal producers and HEMA would like to cooperate with such an experienced and financially competitive partner.

He revealed HEMA would not only invite the Datong Coal Mine Group to undertake capital construction of Amasra Mine but also ask it to provide assistance in Amasra's production, and in the building of its coal washery and power plant so that the Amasra would finally become a green industrial park like the Tashan circular economy park.

Guo said the Datong Coal Mine Group, while strengthening its core operation of coal production, has been vigorously implementing transformation and undergoing leapfrog development in recent years by boosting its six coal-related industries including power and chemical industries simultaneously.

He said the Datong Coal Mine Group is confident in and capable of fulfilling the roadway construction of Amasra B project. He also hoped the two sides would strengthen communication, further promote friendship and fully display their respective advantages for complementation and cooperation so as to realize the win-win goal.
