OREANDA-NEWS. May 10, 2011. Banco Indusval informs that the Board of Directors, Meeting held on May 6, 2011, elected Ms. Katia Aparecida Rocha Moroni as Investor Relations Officer.

Katia Aparecida Rocha Moroni will accumulate the positions of Investor Relations Officer and Executive Vice-President responsible for the areas of Trade Finance, Syndication and Local and International Funding. Katia Moroni has 29 years of experience in the financial market, notably in the International Area. Her professional experience is outstanding in the areas of negotiation, strategy, marketing and sales, and development of new products and partnerships. Ms. Moroni joined Banco Indusval S.A. in 2003, started the international activities of the Bank, opened credit relationship with 65 international correspondent banks and started the new large customers' commercial platform.

Mr. Ziro Murata Jr. leaves the Company with the recognition of the management for the relevant services provided in recent years, always maintaining a close cooperation with the Board of Directors and Executive Officers.
