OREANDA-NEWS. May 10, 2011. One of the main tasks for the near future, to ensure food security, should be returning to a system of consumer cooperatives. The Minister of Food and Agricultural Policy of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said this during his working trip to Crimea.

"The system today has to start working" - he said.

According to Mykola Prisyazhnyuka, now in Ukraine, many fruits, vegetables, milk and meat are produced in the private sector. In this regard, the Minister considers that we need a functioning system of billet products from manufacturer to delivery it to consumers.
