OREANDA-NEWS. May 06, 2011. Ingosstrakh OJSIC has insured the shopping and entertainment center „Leto”, located in Saint Petersburg, that belongs to Gals-Invest Development LLC. The total insurance sum is 262.7 mln. US dollars.

Under the agreement, the insurance covers the building of the shopping and entertainment center. The policy covers such risks as fire, stroke of lightning, gas explosion, natural disasters, damage by water, technogenic explosions, burglary and robbery, improper activity of third persons, falling of piloted flying objects or their debris on the insured property, run-over of vehicles. The policy also covers the losses caused by failure to obtain or obtaining only a part of profit due to a break in the receipt of rental payments.
