OREANDA-NEWS. May 06, 2011. The Supervisory Board of Sberbank of Russia finalized several points of the AGM agenda via absentee voting, reported the press-centre of Sberbank.

The names of the Minister of the Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Elvira S. Nabiullina, the Russian Federation President’s Aide, Arcady V. Dvorkovich, and the Minister of the Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kairat N. Kelimbetov, have been removed from the shortlist of the Supervisory Board candidates as per their personal withdrawals. 

The Supervisory Board candidate list has been extended with the following names: Mikhail Y. Matovnikov, Director of Corporate Development of the Interfax Group, CEO of Interfax-CEA, and Rair R. Simonyan, Chairman of the Board, Morgan Stanley – Russia, - in accordance with the Federal Law chapter 53 on Shareholder Associations.
