OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2011. Starting from May 4, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of MTS OJSC (state registration number 1-01-04715-A-002D as of 24.02.2011) will be admitted to trading in OJSC RTS in the amount of 73,087,424  shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS Classica market under the same ticker MTSS. The number of ordinary shares before the change – 1,993,326,138 shares, after the change – 2,066,413,562 shares.

Please note that only shares of the Company’s principal issue (state registration number 1-01-04715-A as of 22.01.2004) are admitted to CCP trades.
