OREANDA-NEWS. May 05, 2011. A solemn ceremony of launching power unit No. 4 took place at Yuzhnaya TEC-22, where the power unit was constructed with participation of Stroytransgaz.

 As a part of Yuzhnaya TEC-22 expansion project Stroytransgaz has implemented on a turnkey basis the construction of the chimney-type cooling tower No. 3 with irrigated area of  3200 square meters and with stack 82 meters high.

In order to diversify its operational activity Stroytransgaz has been working in energy construction market since 2006. In 2008 Stroytransgaz concluded a contract for the expansion of Yuzhnaya TEC-22, part of Nevsky subsidiary of TGK-1  in St. Petersburg. Yuzhnaya TEC (TEC-22) is one of the largest facilities in heat supply systems of St. Petersburg. The plant provides with thermal energy industrial enterprises, residences and public buildings of  Frunzensky and Nevsky districts.  At present, the facility is at the stage of commissioning.
