To separate the concepts of “requirements” and “wishes” of business users, and thus optimize the framework of the project

To be guided by standard SAP ERP functionality and Best Practices. It is considered to be the most effective approach from the point of view of a complete lifecycle of an ERP system

Acting as a consultant, to offer a design concept that corresponds to the reasonably grounded requirements and that is perceived by business users.

In addition, Bordak illustrated the foregoing principles with the projects implemented by IBA Group for Gomelenergo, IDGC of Urals, and Ekaterinburg Electric Grid Company.

Andrey Suslov, Head of IT Department of IDGC of Urals, delivered a presentation on the project implemented by IBA jointly with IDGC of Urals.
