OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2011. National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, and the Republican Unitary Enterprise Republican Central Depository of Securities (Republic of Belarus) (RCDS) have signed an additional agreement on information interactions. In accordance with the additional agreement RCDS will submit decisions on issuance and information about open sale of Belarusian issuers' bonds to NSD on monthly basis.

Information received from RCDS is to be placed on NSD's web site (section "Issuers and Securities of the Republic of Belarus" in Russian) and updated on regular basis. Starting December 2010, Russian securities market participants get an access to information about Belarus's issuers and their securities.

A regular receipt of the information allows Russian investors to be aware of the situation in Belarus's debt market, to get and analyze information about debt instruments placed by Belarusian issuers on securities market, to be familiar with the liquidity issues and to make decisions for successful investment in Belarus's securities issuers.
