OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2011. Moscow Domodedovo Airport takes all measures, provided for in the laws, to ensure due level of the flight safety.

One hundred percent examination of the passengers, their personal possessions and luggage at the entrance to the air terminal was introduced at the end of January, right after the receipt of corresponding requirements of the Federal Air Transport Agency and Federal Transport Oversight Agency.

The Airport has increased number of examination channels at the entrances to the air terminal, to make it comfortable for the passengers, and plans further increase.

As to the court proceedings, it concerned only specific issues related to the inspection of the Federal Transport Oversight Agency of 25.01.2011, during which the some comments were addressed to the Airport, though they referred to operations of other services. And Federal Transport Oversight Agency in its' certificate of the inspection established that flight safety of the Airport carried out 100% examination of the luggage and personal possessions of the passengers coming to the Airport.
