OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2011. This announcement is a summary of the 2011 first quarterly financial report of China Coal Energy Company Limited (the “Company”) for the three months ended 31 March 2011 . The full text of the financial quarterly report of the Company will also be available on the website of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, reported the press-centre of China Coal Energy Company.

1.2 Mr. Wang An, Chairman of the Company, who was absent from the meeting for cause, appointed Mr. Peng Yi, Vice Chairman of the Company, as his proxy to attend the meeting and exercise the voting right on his behalf. All the other directors of the Company attended the meeting in person.

1.3 The first quarterly financial report of the Company was unaudited.
