OREANDA-NEWS. May 04, 2011. The company has developed "The Complex of Concrete Measures on Realization of the Major Priorities of the Program of Social and Economic Development in 2011", directed to maintenance of steady rates of growth and balanced development of the branch, the further modernization and the advanced updating of Electric Power Industry, realization of measures on improvement of social development, assistance of creation of favorable conditions for development of small and private business, reported the press-centre of Uzbekenergo.

Based on results of the 1st quarter of 2011 the reduction of production cost for 3,1 % has been provided.

Rate of production growth has come to 101,5 %, performance of forecast indexes for export of production and services - 125 %. The task on import-substituting products on the basis of local raw material at the enterprises of the company is executed at a volume of 128,0 %.

The company is proceeding the measures for realization of the investment projects for construction new objects, modernization and reconstruction of operating objects of the Electric Power Industry stipulated by the Decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № PP 1455 dated 29.12.2010 and № PP 1442 dated 15.12.2010.

Based on results of 1st quarter current year capital investments has been mastered at volume of 128,5 % under the investment projects.

The preparatory works on commercial commissioning of Automated System of Commercial Accounting of Electrical Energy (ASCAEE) at Thermal Power Plants had been carried out. Installation and checkout works on implementation of ASCAEE on cascades of Chirchik, Kadiriya, Tashkent and Nizne- Bozsy Hydro Power Plants were carried out.

In the 1st quarter of the current year within the framework of the Program of Modernization and Updating of Electric Networks 0,4 - 6 - 10 - 35 kV 12,6 bln sum of own means on reconstruction and new construction has been mastered.

According to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 03.03.2011 № 59 "About measures on the organization and carrying out of the International Industrial Exhibition and the Cooperation Stock Exchange in 2011" the complex of measures for preparation and holding of Branch Industrial Exhibition, the International Industrial Exhibition and the Cooperation Stock Exchange are developed, the organizing committee for work coordination was formed.

Within the framework of the State Program "Year of small and private business" the branch program providing realization of measures on improvement of organization and increasing of reliability of electric supply of small business objects, development of the small business enterprises in branch has been developed. It was planned to direct at amount of 41,8 bln sum for the program realization. Based on results of 1st quarter of 2011 expenses for the realization of measures under the branch program has come to 114,6 %.

At the enterprises of the Company 235 new workplaces including 129 home workplaces was created in 1st quarter of 2011. This is considerable exceed the planned indexes.

Within the framework of the food safety program in the Company, the forecast indexes of agricultural products production in 2011-2015 has been affirmed and also a complex of measures on achievement of the forecast of production was approved.

At the enterprises of the Company the further construction of hi-tech greenhouse and fishery co-ops, creation of good -yielding gardens, increasing of livestock and land utilization for cultivation of agricultural crops has been provided.
