OREANDA-NEWS. May 03, 2011. In accordance with the General Meeting of Members of Allianz Ukraine Insurance Company Resolution, the company’s authorized capital was increased by UAH 31 million. Thus, Allianz Ukraine current authorized capital amounts to UAH 174,041,296.14.

The company’s authorized capital has grown by 21.67% (from UAH 143,041,296.14 to UAH 174,041,296.14).

This growth of the authorized capital has become the first one in the current year and yet another proof of the high level of financial strength and reliability of the company in the Ukrainian market.

The strategy of Allianz in Ukraine foresees operation in all the sectors of the Ukrainian insurance market. Allianz is a universal company having licenses for underwriting 29 insurance lines and operating in the area of risk insurance. Nowadays over 200 employees are working for Allianz Ukraine.

Allianz Ukraine is a member of The League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine and an associate member of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine as well as European Business Association an ACC.
