OREANDA-NEWS. May 03, 2011. With a view to directly interacting with customers, educating them about their rights and receiving their suggestions for improvement, IDBI Bank Ltd convened a Grahak Sahayata Abhiyan (Customer Meet) at Pune on April 30, 2011.

Shri B.P. Singh, Deputy Managing Director, Shri K.C. Jani, Executive Director, Dr. S.S.Banerjee, Chief General Manager, Shri Edwin Fernandes, General Manager, Shri Mahendra R. Patel, Regional Head and Smt. Kiran Balwani, Head - Customer Care Center and all Pune Branch Heads were present at the Customer Meet.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri B.P. Singh avowed the Bank's commitment to customers. The fact that IDBI Bank was organizing such a meet was testimony that IDBI Bank gives great importance to its customers.

Shri B.P. Singh and Shri K.C. Jani answered the queries/issues raised by customers effectively and also thanked them for their valuable suggestions.
