Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an annual general meeting of its shareholders will take place on May 24, 2011 at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of the agenda of the annual general shareholders meeting;

- approval of the Bank's Y2010 financial statements;

- procedure of distribution of the Bank's net income for the past financial year 2010, and defining of the dividend size per common share of the Bank;

- non-payment of dividends on common and preferred shares of the Bank;

- choosing the auditor;                 

- consideration of shareholder's claims over actions of the Bank and its officers.

The said meeting will take place at Furmanov str., 50, Almaty. Registration of participants will be made from 09:00 o'clock.

The list of shareholders entitled to participating will be drawn up as of April 25, 2011.

In case of quorum absence a repeated shareholders' meeting will be held on May 25, 2011 at the above time and address.
