OREANDA-NEWS. May 03, 2011. The Government at its session approved the Oder of the use of funds provided by the State budget for financial support to the print media.

The procedure defines the mechanism of the funds provided to the State Committee for TV and radio in the State Budget according to the program "Financial support of the print media”.

According to government documents budgetary funds are used to provide public support and create favorable conditions for development and promotion of print media for children and youth, disabled people and specialized scientific publications issued by scientific institutions and universities that are not below the third level accreditation. In addition, to support the print media that promote the development of languages and cultures of national minorities of Ukraine, periodicals, literary and artistic direction and directed the purchase of printing services and paper.
