OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2011. MDM Bank and the Tomsk Region Guarantee Fund have concluded a cooperation agreement. The surety limit for MDM Bank totals RUB 10 mln and may be increased if necessary, reported the press-centre of MDM Bank. 

Such agreements have already been in effect in the bank’s 13 branches.

Cooperation with such funds opens new opportunities for the representatives of small business. When receiving a loan, clients have a right to use a surety from the fund should their own collateral be insufficient. The agency’s liability will not exceed 50% of the principal amount and the largest surety amount is RUB 5 mln per client, with the tenor over one year. The sureties are executed by means of tripartite agreements.

Currently, MDM Bank is offering eight loan products for small and medium size businesses in the Siberian and Far East territories.
