OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2011. 25,597 transactions with real estate were registered in March 2011 in Moldova, up 13% from March 2010. These data were released by the public enterprise Cadastru.

The number of such operations in March last year totaled 22624. The number of transactions of purchase and sale of real estate increased by 12% - from 8927 in March 2010 to 9957 operations in March 2011. The number of mortgage building transactions in March this year totaled 2352, up 39% from March last year (1694).

According to the Cadastru, the Chisinau municipality in March accounted to 709 mortgage building transactions, or 30% of their total number throughout the country in March. Experts note the revival in the real estate market after the stagnation due to the economic crisis.
