OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2011. In 2012 Ukraine pays 53 billion UAH servicing public debt. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov said this during a working trip to Kyiv region.

“Last year we refunded 50 billion UAH, in this year - 90 billion and following - 53 billion UAH - said Mykola Azarov. - Such troubles had been made for us for the current year. Later it will be much easier”.

He added that the Government's strategic objective was to bring the level of public debt to a level that was until 2008. "We gain to the acceptable level of debt that we have had until 2008 when we refund about 11-10 billion UAH a year. According to today's standards it is a penny"- the Prime Minister summarized.
