OREANDA-NEWS. April 28, 2011. The company Lenovo marked the results of successful partnership with the MERLION company. The Award of the Russian leading IT distributor was given to the company for the best sales parameters in Russia in the commodity class "Laptop" in 2010. On this occasion, Lenovo handed to MERLION the Certificate "The key partner in 2010", reported the press-centre of MERLION.

The commodity class "Laptops" in the distribution business of MERLION is one of the key classes and the fastest growing. Dmitry Vinogradov, the Head of the Working Group "Laptops" in the MERLION company, said: "In 2010, the growth in the laptop sales in MERLION total sales amounted to approx. 54%. This year we estimate further increase in the share of Lenovo laptops. As a matter of fact, Lenovo can offer the stylish, functional solutions that are in demand with the Russian consumers. In turn, we plan to sell the laptops made by this manufacturer more actively, as well as to continue promoting those, carrying together with Lenovo marketing support for the sales".

It is worth noting that the MERLION company since July 2008 is "an authorized distributor of Lenovo". The catalog of products the company offers comprises a wide range of Lenovo's solutions – laptops, computers, TFT monitors.
