The Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd., announced today that it informally decided the below-mentioned changes in its representative directorship of the board at the meeting of the board of directors held on April 27, 2011. The changes are subject to decision by the meeting of the board of directors following the appointment of the new board directors at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled to be held on June 29, 2011.
