April 27, 2011. 27-28 aпpeля Ministry of Education of the Republic of Karelia jointly with the Uteshenie (Consolation) charitable foundation of Karelian eparchy of Petrozavodsk of Moscow patriarchate within the scope of the Barents Region Cooperation. Teaching Human Rights project at the support of the Norwegian Helsinki Foundation will hold a conference on the subject of Respect for Rights of a Handicapped Child with Severe and Multiple Developmental Disorders to Education and Escorting in the Republic of Karelia.

Thirty participants including experts in general and correctional pedagogics, directors of correctional educational institutions, specialists from metropolitan regions and urban districts of the republic responsible for observance of rights of children with severe and multiple developmental disorders to education and escorting are expected to take part in the conference.
