OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2011. "MEGABANK" reduced interest rates on housing loans in the secondary market from 18% to 17%, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

The size of self-payment on the borrower's apartment has been reduced from 40% to 30% of its value.

To obtain a loan a borrower must provide his/her passport and passport of his/her spouse, the identification codes of the borrower and his/her spouse, a certificate of employment of the borrower with an indication of income for the last 6 months, a marriage certificate, a certified copy of work record. Also it is necessary to provide papers which proof given in the application borrower's assets. Mandatory condition for receiving a loan is a guarantee of a spouse or a family member.
