OREANDA-NEWS. April 26, 2011. OJSC "Uralkali" (the "Company") announces that it has been informed by Madura Holding Limited ("Madura") that on 18 April 2011 Madura sold 10% of the issued share capital of the Company to Perfecthold Limited (“Perfecthold”), which is beneficially owned by Mr. Alexander Nesis.

In turn Perfecthold has informed Uralkali that on 19 April 2011 Perfecthold sold 3.5% of the issued share capital of the Company to Serpentia Investments Limited (“Serpentia”), beneficially owned by Mr. Alexander Mamut. Perfecthold has also sold about 2% of the issued share capital to a group of investors. Perfecthold currently owns 4.5% of the issued share capital of Uralkali.
