OREANDA-NEWS. April 26, 2011. TBC Bank and Bank Constanta officially informed the fact, that TBC purchased 80% of control package shares of Bank Constanta.

Bank Constanta is one of the most successful and fast developing financial institute. According to the contract TBC Bank became the owner of the control package shares. International financial organization “OikoCredit” maintained the previous market shares which is still 13% and the owners of 7% are still remaining Georgian individuals.

“Bank Constanta is one of the best bank on micro financial market, which defined our  interest with this financial institute. It has very organized and good quality management, which has our total trust.
