1. Domestic Production
(1) March 2011
Mazda's total domestic production volume in March 2011 decreased 53.6% compared to March 2010 due to reduced production of passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's domestic production volume in the period from April 2010 through March 2011 increased 4.7% year-on-year due to increased production of passenger vehicles.

Posting a year-on-year increase for the 22nd consecutive month, Mazda's overseas production volume in March 2011 improved 14.5% on March 2010, reflecting healthy production of passenger and commercial vehicles.

Mazda's total domestic sales volume in March 2011 decreased 34.9% compared to March 2010 due to reduced sales of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
Mazda's registered vehicle market share was 5.5% (unchanged year-on-year), with a 3.2% share of the micro-mini segment (up 0.2 points year-on-year) and a 4.7% total market share (unchanged year-on-year).
