OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2011. A meeting of the Board of JSC "Airport Tolmachevo" took place in Moscow. The preparation for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was the main issue of the agenda.

During the sitting the report of the General Director Alexander Borodin about the operational results of the enterprise was listened to and approved.

Considering last year total results, when airport received the profit in sum 181, 88 million rubles, the members of the Board of directors recommended 10 % of this profit to be directed to the dividend payments on the privileged shares and 90 % to the investments. The airport will invest in luggage handling and registration system, technical devices for increasing airport’s security level, substation reconstruction, lighting equipment for the second runway, machines for foreign aircraft handling and other projects.

The members of the Board of directors took a decision to hold the annual general meeting of JSC “Airport Tolmachevo” shareholders on the 30th of July 2011.
