The fourth elected activities awards ceremony of "China Outstanding Quality Person (National Quality  Award Individual Award)" was held in Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, TISCO President LiXiaoBo won "China Outstanding Quality Person" title and accepted the accolade, reported the press-centre of TISCO.

This year "China Outstanding Quality Person" election has elected altogether one "China Outstanding Quality Person Top Honor Award", ten "China Outstanding Quality Person", who are outstanding representatives in all national industries, by organizing and implementing quality winning strategy, accelerating the pace of quality revitalizing, practicing science quality management concept and leading healthy development of the industry.

Mr. Bai lichen, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC, Mr. Chen Bangzhu, Chairman of National Committee of China Quality Association, Mr. Li Yizhong, former Minister of Industry and Information Ministry, member of the standing committee of CPPCC, Deputy Director of CPPCC National Economic Council, and other leaders presented awards for award winners.

Li Xiaobo delivered his appreciation to China Quality Association and All-china Federation of Trade Unions for awarding the honor in his speech.
