Starting from April 20, 2011 the additional issue of ordinary shares of Irkut Corporation  (state registration number 1-03-00040-A-003D as of 17.08.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of 187,877,473 shares. The principal and additional issues will be traded on the RTS markets under the same ticker (RTS Classica market ticker IRKT, RTS T+0 market ticker IRKTG). The number of ordinary shares before the change – 978,131,612 shares, after the change – 1,166,009,085 shares.
