OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2011. Tire Products of Nizhnekamskshina, a member of Tatneft-Neftekhim Management Company, were awarded a diploma and a prize for quality by the results of work in 2010. The awarding ceremony took place in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan. The awards to winners and nominees of the contest were presented by Ildar Khalikov, Prime Minister of the Republic, reported the press-centre of Tatneft.

Nizhnekamskshina joined the ranks of over 20 best enterprises in Tatarstan awarded diplomas and prizes of the Government for the quality of their products. Tire manufacturers from Nizhnekamsk participated in this contest for the third time and they gained victory for the second time.

The Republican contest has been held annually for 6 years. During this period 423 enterprises and organizations of the Republic have participated with 44 of them participating twice, and 18 entities taking part in it three times. 21 organizations were recognized as the winners. 79 applications from 16 cities and regions were submitted by the results of the year 2010 and this was a two-fold increase versus the last year.

The contest, which has already become traditional in Tatarstan, is not only a high assessment of the work done, but a good incentive for further business improvement and development of an effective management strategy. The laureates acquire the right to use the logo of the contest to promote their brands, which is a good competitive advantage not only at the republican but also at the Russian level.
