OREANDA-NEWS. April 20, 2011. “Group of Companies “Titan”, CJSC, which realizes project “PARK: Industrial-Agricultural Regional Clusters” on the territory of Omsk region summarized the outcome of the past feedstock conference, reported the press-centre of Titan.
The most elaborated and fully realized by this day agro-industrial biocluster allowed achieving the highest practical results from the event. Owing to well thought-out preparations preliminary negotiations were conducted with several German suppliers of equipment and technologies already on the eve of the conference, and thus it was possible to go on to the signing of an agreement on cooperation within the framework of the event: an agreement was signed between the president of “Innovations Center” Mikhail Sutyaginsky and Director General of MMW System GmbH Lotar Blye on the cooperation in the sphere of design and supply of equipment for milling complexes.
Additionally, during the conference supplementary consultations were held with the owner of the company “Wolf System” Johan Wolf and Export Director Klaus Shlagg in the run-up to the signing of agreements on supply of installations and technological equipment for poultry complex – their signing is preliminarily scheduled on April of this year. Company VetterTec is also considering possibility of entering Non-commercial partnership “Center of Innovations”; the company proposes technology of starch and gluten drying: during the conference negotiations were held with the head of the Russian representative office Maxim Minkin and German top managers.
Also meetings were held with permanent partners of “Titan” concerning new agreements in connection with intensification of petrochemical cluster objects construction. Thus, a proposal was given by the BSW representative, supplier of technological equipment for production of package bags, concerning further cooperation in realization of contract with participation of German company “Deutsche Leasing Vostok” (DLV). Estimated volumes of financing of such project amount to 180 million Roubles. In early April of this year it is planned to exchange proposals with DLV on schedule and other conditions of its realization.
The most significant event for the Silicon cluster were tripartite negotiations between CJSC NPO “Silarus” and German companies AEG Power Solutions and MSA dedicated to cooperation in the sphere of design and construction of Polysilicon plant on the territory of Omsk region. These enterprises are the world’s leading suppliers of equipment and technology of Trichlorosilane Hydrogen recovery for the production of high-quality goods. The German partners consider possibility of participation in the creation of Silicon holding which unites territories of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Deputy of State Duma and head of “PARK” project Mikhail Sutyaginsky shared his opinion concerning the outcome of the event: “IV Russian-German Feedstock Conference reaffirmed once again high status of Omsk region which is legally held by the region among other Russian regions. Project “PARK” which is realized on the territory of the region by GC “Titan” with support of the Government and the Governor Leonid Konstantinovich Polezhayev personally received high appreciation from the German delegation and Russian guests. Because exactly four clusters of “PARK” became the basis of the sections’ work, our present and potential partners received the major information about the project directly from the project’s operators – representatives of GC “Titan” and Non-commercial partnership “Center of Innovations”.
Practical results of the conference were signing of a number of agreements and also conduct of negotiations and meetings on the issues of production and scientific cooperation. I think that the conference can promote solving not only of strategic questions but also creation of new contacts which in the future will form real tools for the realization of those targets set by Russian-German Feedstock Forum.
“Group of Companies “Titan” which is realizing project “PARK” in Omsk region takes its origin from 1989, has successful experience in the sphere of petrochemistry, agriculture, construction and nowadays it is one of the largest taxpayers of the region.
