OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2011. During March 2011 the total amount of the indemnity payments conducted by Oranta to its clients exceeded 24 million hryvnia. The major part of the sum, namely, more than UAH 17 million, accounted for the payments for the insurance cases settled by the assisting company of the insurer, Garant-Assistance.

The largest payouts during this period were as follows:

- The indemnity of 125 thousand hryvnia for the car Toyota Camry damaged in a road accident to the insured client of the Kyiv Regional Directorate. The payment to the car owner was made on March 28. On March 29 the same Directorate made an insurance payment to another client, amounting to more than 110 thousand hryvnia for the restoration of the car GAZ also damaged in a traffic accident;

-on March 22, the Kiev City Directorate has paid the insurance compensation to the owner of Fiat Doblo. The accident occurred in the city of Kiev. The insurance payment under the contract of voluntary motor insurance amounted to 87 thousand hryvnia. Three days later the same Directorate paid another indemnity under the contract of voluntary motor insurance to a car owner injured in an accident. The insured received more than 70 thousand hryvnia.
