Insurance Company Amanat Insurance (Almaty), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE the copy of resolution of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) of April 1, 2011 # 36, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the resolution FSA issued to D. Idrissov consent to acquire Insurance Company Amanat Insurance principal shareholder status.

The resolution became effective from the day of its approval.
