OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. Based on the tender results, Ingosstrakh OJSIC signed a directors, officers and companies liability insurance agreement with Russian Railways (RZD) JSC. The total sum insured for all coverages amounts to 3,000,000,000 rubles.

The Ingosstrakh OJSIC D&O insurance agreement is based on "all risks". It provides for insurance of all officers and directors, as well as the client's property interests related to the obligations to reimburse for the damages incurred by other parties. An insured event will also include brining any action against the company for securities.

The main part of the risk will be reinsured on the international market. The duration of insurance is 1 year.
