OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. Kirovskiy District Court of the city of Irkutsk passed a sentence upon the persons, who tried to falsify the RTI in order to illegally receive insurance indemnity in the amount of 120 thousand rubles. The court characterized the actions of defendants S. S. Rukavishnikov and S. V. Gurin, the average commissioner of Forsait AC LLC, according to p. 3, art. 30 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, p. 2, art. 159  of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – criminal attempt of deceitful practice, that is the grand plunder committed by a group of persons by previous concert.

The court found that S. S. Rukavishnikov violated the traffic regulations driving a car being revoked a driver’s license, and collided with another car. In order to avoid administrative responsibility for driving the vehicle without legal basis, Rukavishnikov has paid indemnification to another accident party at the scene of the accident. S. V. Gurin, the average commissioner of Forsait AC LLC arrived to the place of the accident and offered assistance to S. S. Rukavishnikov in receipt of insurance indemnity in the branch of Ingosstrakh OJSIC in Irkutsk. Gurin has assumed the measures to obtain documents on non-existing traffic incident, which were submitted by S. S. Rukavishnikov to the branch of Ingosstrakh OJSIC in the city of Irkutsk. Based on the results of examination, the payment of insurance indemnity was denied, the materials were submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the city of Irkutsk.

Kirov District Court of the city of Irkutsk inflicted a punishment to S. S. Rukavishnikov in the form of compulsory community service for a term of 140 hours, to S. V. Gurin – for a term of 120 hours.
