OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. According to preliminary data for the first quarter of 2011, insurance company AtaSigorta gathered premiums for AZN 1.474 million that is by 67.7% more versus the 2010 same period.

The Company reports that for the reported term it was paid insurance compensations for AZN 254,000 that is by AZN 187,000 more than for the last year’s same period.

Over Jan-Mar 2011 AtaSigorta’s overall earnings totaled AZN 2.292 million and overall expenditures AZN 2.1 million. As a result, net profit reached AZN 170,000.

AtaSigorta operating in the insurance market since 2004 renders 23 types of voluntary and five types of compulsory insurance. The paid authorized capital of AtaSigorta, a member of AtaHolding Group of Companies, totals AZN 4.8 million.
