OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. Today joint seminar of Rittal – the world’s biggest manufacturer of industrial and IT enclosures, server cabinets, power distribution systems, racks and accessories and the leading system integration company in Azerbaijan – AZEL was held in Baku, Park Inn Hotel. In the event took part chiefs of IT departments, representatives of governmental and commercial organizations and mass media.

During the seminar AZEL company was announced as an official partner of Rittal in Azerbaijan. Alexander Morozov, Regional Manager of Rittal in Kazakhstan and Middle Asia, has noted “that choice of AZEL as a strategic partner by Rittal is not accidental. This company has been the largest system integrator in Azerbaijan for the last 20 years, and with its support we intend to promote integrated solutions for various industrial sectors and achieve good performance in the region ”.

Within the seminar Rittal’s specialist Konstantine Bobilyov, presented a comprehensive solution for data centers - RimatriX5, comprising five main components of modern IT-infrastructure, including racks of equipment, systems of power, cooling, security, monitoring, and remote control of all elements of the data center.

This modular approach to data center design includes power concepts that allow the quick addition of capacity, redundancy and power protection without the need for costly electricians. This system effectively shifts the distribution of power from a traditional load center / junction box to a series of Power Distribution Modules housed in a Power Distribution Rack. At the end of the meeting questions of the participants were answered.
