Customers Evaluated UVK in 1Q 2011
OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. UVK logistics company carried out the regular Satisfaction Survey, based on the corporate results in Q1 2011. Such survey was traditionally done by means of electronic questioning.
The Customers evaluated their satisfaction with UVK’s activities under 5-grade scale. The average grade amounted for 4.8, 90% of the questioned remarking of their complete satisfaction with the current cooperation. UVK’s account managers were assessed at 4.77, which has been the repeated indicator since 2008.
UVK’s transportation services were evaluated at 4.7, over 40% of the questioned notifying of the latest improvement in the company’s transportation logistics, while the rest re-affirmed a high level of the delivery services.
At the beginning of 2011 UVK introduced the new service – Supervision and Guaranteed Docs Return, and this survey proved that 47% of active Customers are interested in this service.
The satisfaction with commercial warehousing services was leveled at 4.9, the relevant questions being put to the Customers from all the regions where UVK is active with these services, namely in Kiev, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Odessa, Lvov, and Simferopol.
