OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. In accordance with acting legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as due to breach of the legislation requirements for formation of authorized capital, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic made a decision on termination of provisional administration in the OJSC “Akylinvestbank” from 8.30 A.M, April 8, 2011, and on introduction of conservation regime from April 8, 2011, for the period of 18 months. Sydykov Jumash Toktobekovich was appointed as conservator of the OJSC “Akylinvestbank”. Conservator’s obligations include acceptance of measures on prevention of worsening of the bank’s financial situation and provision of bank’s assets and documents safety.
