OREANDA-NEWS. April 15, 2011. TBC signed an agreement on trade finance with Asia Development Bank. This agreement will support the development of trade sector.

This cooperation was established in the framework of trade development program of Asia Development Bank. Through this program guarantees and loans are disbursed in order to support international trade in the states which are in the transition period.

 Trade finance is one of the important directions for TBC Bank. The portfolio of loans disbursed in this sector amounts to GEL351 million and the portfolio of credit letters and guarantees reaches GEL 54 million.

The resource obtained from Asia Development Bank will facilitate active financing in this direction. It enables TBC Bank to finance import and export transaction between Georgia and any state.
