OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2011. In April a number of Russian and Ukrainian enterprises of EVRAZ were renamed. The word EVRAZ was added before the existing names of said enterprises.

At the shareholders’ meetings of the Russian enterprises which are to be renamed, the following new legal names were approved:
OJSC  "EVRAZ Vysokogorsk ore-dressing plant" (short name –"EVRAZ VGOK");
OJSC  "EVRAZ Kachkanar ore-dressing plant" (short name – OJSC  "EVRAZ KGOK");
OJSC  "EVRAZ Nakhodka Marine Trade Port" (short name – OJSC  "EVRAZ NMTP");
OJSC  "EVRAZ Consolidated West-Siberian metallurgical plant" (short name – OJSC  "EVRAZ ZSMK"). The rebranding is supported by the reorganization of the site: OJSC  "NKMK" and ZАО "MNLS" are joining OJSC  "ZSMK".
OJSC  "EVRAZ Nizhny Tagil metallurgical plant" (short name – OJSC  "EVRAZ NTMK"). In the course of the event the structure of the enterprise will be joined by OJSC  "ZTBD" and ZAO "MNLZ-4".

At the shareholders’ meetings of the Ukranian enterprises which are to be renamed, the following new legal names were approved:
Public joint stock company "EVRAZ Bagleykoks" (short name - PAO "EVRAZ Bagleykoks");
Public joint stock company "EVRAZ Dneprodzerzhinsk coke and chemical plant" (short name PAO "EVRAZ DKHZ");
Public joint stock company "EVRAZ Sukha Balka" (short name PAO "EVRAZ Sukha Balka");
Public joint stock company "EVRAZ – DMZ Petrovskogo" (short mane PAO ""EVRAZ – DMZ Petrovskogo"). And also OJSC  "Dneprokoks" is to join the structure of the Company.

Last year the rebranding of foreign assets was accomplished.
