OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2011. The Strategy and Corporate Governance Committee, a part of  VTB Supervisory Board, elected its chairman, discussed the procedure and ratio of dividend payouts for 2010-2013 and monitoring of VTB Group Development Strategy for 2010-2013, reported the press-centre of VTB Bank. 

Alexey Savatyugin was elected chairman of the Committee.

The report on the progress of VTB Group Development Strategy for 2010-2013 (approved on 26 May, 2010 by the Supervisory Council) by  Herbert Moos, Deputy President and Chairman of VTB Management Board, and Ekaterina Petelina, Board Member, was presented at the meeting.
