Participation in Troika Dialog's summer internship "Troika New Talent" is open to 3rd to 5th–year university students with strong knowledge of English, as well as graduates of Russia's leading universities – talented and ambitious individuals ready to stake their claim in the world and unwilling to settle for boredom and drab routines.

This year the regional internship program will be held in the following Russian cities: Irkutsk, Krasnodar, Naberezhnye Chelny, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Samara, Ufa, Khabarovsk, Chelyabinsk and Yaroslavl, as well as in Kiev and Almaty.
